  • You must be at the meeting point 15 minutes before the start of the tour.
  • Children must carry a ticket to access the monument, so it is necessary to include them in the booking.
  • Please note that only the types of tickets available for the selected date and time are shown. We recommend that you carefully read the information displayed during your booking process.
  • On certain occasions you will only be given the option to book the visit that does NOT include access to the Nasrid Palaces. This is due to the high demand and reduced availability of the full tour (including Nasrid Palaces). This is why we always recommend booking well in advance.
  • In the case of booking the 10:30 guided tour, please note that the departure time may be delayed by up to 30 minutes.

Cancellation policy

  • Up to 48 hours before: 50% refund per person.
  • Less than 48 hours from the start of the visit: no refund is allowed.

He also shared pictures from the past which he would show as a "before and after" in his tablet.
